Despite the sale of Gray alleviating Leeds’ PSR concerns, interest in some of their other players has surged since the start of the month.
Premier League club Brighton is reportedly interested in four Leeds players and recently had a £30 million bid for Georginio Rutter rejected. Glen Kamara, Crysencio Summerville, and Willy Gnonto are also on the Seagulls’ radar, although Kamara is said to have agreed on personal terms with Ligue 1 side Rennes.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the race for Summerville remains “open,” with PSG now linked to him and Liverpool boss Arne Slot having personally spoken to him.

Leeds will want to retain many of their key players from last season to maintain continuity for the upcoming season. However, the club might consider selling players they can quickly profit from, and Kamara fits this category.
Following Gray’s departure, Leeds is already in the market for at least one new midfielder, and losing Kamara would mean losing both of their box-to-box options. After a solid season at Elland Road since his £5 million transfer from Rangers, Kamara could fetch a higher price, especially with interest from Brighton and Rennes.
Transfer expert Graeme Bailey told LeedsUnited.News that Kamara will be leaving Leeds this summer, with several options available for him both in the Premier League and abroad.
He said, “Kamara is one I think is going to go. There is Premier League interest in him, and I know French team Rennes likes him as well. There are plenty of options for him abroad, so Kamara is going to go. It is a blow as Kamara played really well at times for Leeds last year. He was really good, so he will be a loss.”
