Leeds United opened their Sky Bet Championship season with a 3-3 draw against Portsmouth at Elland Road on Saturday lunchtime.
The Whites started strong with an early goal, but Portsmouth responded, leaving Leeds to fight back twice to secure a point.
After the match, Daniel Farke shared his thoughts with the media.
He said, “Of course, we’re disappointed not to have won this game.
“In many moments, it was a pretty dominant performance. But this league shows you always have to stay focused.
“Small moments can change the entire game. When we conceded the third goal in the 92nd minute, usually you lose a match like that.
“But our response was fantastic, showing great mentality to come back, especially after conceding so late.
“So, although there’s some disappointment, there are also plenty of positives to take from this.
“We’ll allow ourselves to feel a bit disappointed today, but tomorrow, we’ll focus on the positives.”
