"Finally, Villa Will Let Him Go" - Fabrizio Romano reports that Aston Villa will now allow their summer signing to leave on loan.

Aston Villa has been active in the transfer market this summer, bringing in eight new signings. However, one of these recent additions has already moved on, and now another could be following suit.

Villa re-signed Cameron Archer from Sheffield United in June but sold him to Southampton two months later. Now, according to Fabrizio Romano, another summer signing is likely to leave on loan.

The player in question is Samuel Iling-Junior, who joined Villa along with Enzo Barrenechea as part of the deal that sent Douglas Luiz to Juventus. Romano reports that Villa has decided to loan out the 20-year-old so he can gain regular playing time.

Iling-Junior, who is attracting interest from clubs in Spain, France, and Italy, is a 20-year-old winger with 45 competitive appearances for Juventus. The England Under-21 international, who came through Chelsea’s academy, recorded two goals and four assists for Juve before his summer move.

The Juventus website recently described Iling-Junior as “one of the most promising young footballers of his generation” and highlighted his “skill, speed, and agility” in a video of his goals. Iling-Junior has also drawn comparisons to Bayern Munich star Alphonso Davies.

With such potential, it’s promising to see Villa looking to loan him out for regular playing time to aid his development.
