Fullkrug has addressed the skeptics, asserting that he needs more time to reach peak fitness after a disrupted pre-season. He remains confident that once he scores his first goal, others will follow. Fullkrug has emphasized the need for patience, believing that his goals will come and that he can be the key striker West Ham needs.
West Ham fans are hopeful that Fullkrug can break the club’s striker curse, but if the team’s lack of pace up front becomes an issue in the coming months, there could be a renewed interest in Duran during the January transfer window.
