The Turkish club is keen to acquire Lemina on a free transfer before their window closes, even though his contract runs until 2025 with an option for an additional year.
Manager José Mourinho is looking for an experienced midfielder to pair with Fred, and with the transfer window open until September 13, Fenerbahçe is expected to reach out to Wolves about Lemina, who cost approximately £10 million. Lemina, who previously played for Galatasaray, is open to returning to Turkey, provided Fenerbahçe offers him a long-term contract. Since joining Wolves from Nice in January 2023, the 31-year-old has made 62 appearances, scoring five goals and providing three assists.
