“Now we’ve got another new owner possibly”- “Sean Dyche’s Stunning takeover REVELATION right after Fulham draw will leave Fans Speechless.

The Friedkin Group is in the process of completing a takeover of Everton. Sean Dyche praised the “relentless” attitude shown by his team in securing a 1-1 draw against Fulham.

The Toffees extended their unbeaten streak to five matches, with Alex Iwobi scoring on his return to his former club. However, it was substitute Beto who netted the crucial equalizer in the 94th minute.

Dyche acknowledged that Everton did not perform at their best but commended the resolve and determination he has been seeking. He told BBC Radio 5 Live, “We weren’t at our best tonight. We have put together a decent run, with a few draws and wins, but we struggled with our performance. Fulham are a good team; they’ve invested well and have solid coaching. We didn’t reach the level we’ve been at recently.

“Despite that, we’ve talked about building a relentless mentality. In the end, we played long balls to force a goal, and I’m really pleased with the players for maintaining their belief. Now we’re unbeaten in five, and our mentality is improving.”

Since taking charge in January 2023, Dyche has successfully kept the club in the Premier League despite facing financial challenges. The Friedkin Group is finalizing a deal to take over from majority owner Farhad Moshiri, following the collapse of a previous agreement with 777 Partners.

Dyche expressed optimism about the potential sale, noting, “Expectations can fluctuate here for various reasons. After finishing strong last season, there’s been a heightened demand, which hasn’t always been justified given the player changes. We’re working to regain a solid footing, particularly after the Bournemouth match, which was unlike anything I’ve experienced as a manager.

“There’s been a constant noise off the pitch, and the prospect of new ownership can add to that uncertainty for players and agents. Our focus remains on maintaining Premier League status and balancing the books, which is a significant challenge at Everton. The expectations remain high regardless of the circumstances, but we’re starting to secure wins, and if we don’t win, we’re at least not losing, as we showed tonight.”
