Breaking; Sean Dyche to Axe Big-name player, Two Unexpected changes. Predicted Everton  starting XI v Southampton

Sean Dyche may give Beto a starting role for Everton as he considers two changes ahead of their match against Southampton on Saturday, November 2.

The Toffees head to St Mary’s aiming to extend their unbeaten streak in the Premier League, which currently stands at five matches.

In their last outing, Everton drew with Fulham at Goodison Park, with Beto coming off the bench to score a late equalizer in place of Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

Following his impactful performance as a substitute, Dyche might choose to start the 26-year-old, potentially replacing Calvert-Lewin in the lineup against the Saints.

While Dyche is not expected to make significant changes to the team that faced Fulham, the defense will likely remain intact, with Jordan Pickford expected to be backed by Michael Keane and James Tarkowski, along with Vitalii Mykolenko and Ashley Young as the full-backs.

In midfield, a potential adjustment may occur due to Dwight McNeil’s injury against Fulham. This could allow Orel Mangala to partner with Idrissa Gueye, while Abdoulaye Doucoure shifts forward into a more advanced role. Iliman Ndiaye is set to retain his position on the left wing after a strong start at Goodison, possibly joined by Jesper Lindstrom on the right to replace Jack Harrison.

Up front, Dyche faces a decision between Beto and Calvert-Lewin. Given Beto’s recent goal, it seems reasonable to reward him with a start against Southampton and move the former Sheffield United player to the bench.

In other news regarding Everton, reports have surfaced that three players might leave Goodison Park in the summer.
