Palmer said, “He’s highly rated, but his game time has been limited, and he hasn’t played enough this season. He’s only managed 393 minutes across all competitions, so the question is whether Tottenham would consider loaning him out. It would be a great move for Leicester if they could pull it off, but they’ll face competition.”
