In an exclusive interview with Tottenham News, Wenham spoke highly of Elliott-Parris, noting his impressive versatility, as he can play both as a forward and on the wings. After making his Under-21 debut as a substitute the night before, Elliott-Parris scored a brace for the Under-18s in their 3-3 draw against Chelsea at Cobham Training Ground.
Wenham said: “Elliott-Parris is incredibly versatile. He can play up front or out wide. I was surprised to see him back with the Under-18s so soon after his debut with the Under-21s, but he certainly made an impact, scoring twice. He’s an exciting player and one to watch over the next six months. I expect him to become the starting right winger for the Under-21s.”
