O’Hara expressed concern, stating: “I’m sorry this can’t continue regardless of injuries, this is absolutely embarrassing. All over the place defensively, shocking in midfield, this is one of the worst performances I’ve seen in a long time, if we’re not careful we could get dragged into a relegation battle. Sacked??”
Before the Everton loss, it was reported that Tottenham would continue to support Postecoglou, particularly considering the injury crisis, but the club is dangerously close to being involved in a relegation fight, despite their positive performances in Europe and their Carabao Cup ambitions.
The debate over whether Postecoglou is the right fit for Tottenham remains divisive.
