“BREAKING: Fabrizio Romano Drops HUGE Update on Postecoglou’s Future at Tottenham

Tottenham Hotspur endured another defeat on Sunday, losing 3-2 to Everton at Goodison Park. Despite a late rally with goals from Dejan Kulusevski and Richarlison, Spurs couldn’t recover from a poor first-half performance, where they conceded three unanswered goals to a struggling Everton team. This loss adds to their recent disappointing form, leaving them in 15th place in the Premier League.

Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano provided an update on Ange Postecoglou’s future in his exclusive GIVEMESPORT newsletter. Romano confirmed that there have been no significant developments regarding Postecoglou’s position, with injuries being a major factor in the team’s struggles. Romano noted that Spurs’ current issues are heavily influenced by their ongoing injury crisis.

“At the moment, no substantial updates on Ange Postecoglou’s position. Let’s see what happens in the next few days, but injuries are considered a massive issue and one of the reasons why Spurs’ plan is currently not working,” Romano wrote.

Against Everton, Tottenham had a lengthy injury list, with 11 senior players unavailable, including Brennan Johnson, Fraser Forster, Yves Bissouma, Guglielmo Vicario, Cristian Romero, Destiny Udogie, Micky van de Ven, Rodrigo Bentancur, Dominic Solanke, Timo Werner, and Wilson Odobert.

While the mounting pressure on Postecoglou is undeniable, chairman Daniel Levy and the club have backed him so far this season. Despite the significant injury problems, Tottenham’s poor performances cannot be entirely excused by their depleted squad.
