Calvert-Lewin scored his first Premier League goal since August in the win over Spurs, showing a marked improvement after a difficult period under Sean Dyche. After the Spurs match, Calvert-Lewin hinted that he would stay at Everton this month, expressing his excitement about working with Moyes and praising the manager’s impact so far.
Although Calvert-Lewin has attracted interest from clubs like Newcastle, he is set to leave Everton as a free agent in the summer when his contract expires. However, it now seems unlikely he will depart this January, especially with Armando Broja sidelined and Beto reportedly on the verge of leaving.
