"It's already a MASSIVE win for them, they are a DANGEROUS team now and always create chances during their games"- Paul Merson’s Shocking Score Prediction for Everton vs Leicester. Chris Sutton’s bold response will surprise you.

“It’s already a MASSIVE win for them, they are a DANGEROUS team now and always create chances during their games”- Paul Merson’s Shocking Score Prediction for Everton vs Leicester. Chris Sutton’s bold response will surprise you.

Paul Merson and Chris Sutton have shared their predictions for Leicester City’s upcoming Premier League match against Everton this weekend.

Leicester, currently just one point above the relegation zone, will head into the game with confidence after their 2-1 victory over Tottenham.

Meanwhile, manager Ruud van Nistelrooy has also received a boost, confirming that Mads Hermansen is back in contention after injury, while Wilfred Ndidi has resumed light training alongside Ricardo Pereira.

Although Hermansen’s return is significant, Jakub Stolarczyk has been performing well and is deserving of maintaining his spot in goal. Nonetheless, Van Nistelrooy may be tempted to reinstate the Danish international straight into the lineup.

As for the match predictions, Merson and Sutton have differing views.

Paul Merson’s Prediction: Merson believes Leicester will draw with Everton in what he sees as a crucial game at the bottom of the table.

Leicester are in 17th place, just one point behind Everton, who are six points ahead. Merson predicts a 1-1 draw, stating that Leicester can cause problems for Everton due to their ability to create chances.

He acknowledged Everton’s impressive recent form, including wins against Tottenham and Brighton, but feels Leicester will show resilience after their victory over Spurs.

Chris Sutton’s Prediction: Sutton, on the other hand, predicts a 1-0 win for Everton. Despite Leicester’s recent victory over Tottenham, Sutton remains skeptical, noting that Spurs’ current struggles may have skewed perceptions of Leicester’s form.

He praised Leicester striker Jamie Vardy for his continued contributions, even at the age of 38. However, Sutton was more impressed with Everton’s victory over Brighton and their strong defensive setup, which has provided a solid foundation for manager David Moyes.

He expects Everton to edge out Leicester, which would give Moyes three consecutive wins and some breathing room from the relegation zone.

It’s a match with plenty at stake, and Leicester fans will be hoping Sutton’s prediction doesn’t come true.
