Paul Robinson Discusses the Possibility of Kane’s Return to Tottenham
Kane might be enticed by a Premier League return in the future, as he is just 47 goals away from breaking Alan Shearer’s all-time record of 260 goals in the competition.
Robinson, though, believes that if Kane does decide to come back to England, Tottenham would be his only destination.
The former Spurs goalkeeper told BetFRED: “I can’t see him coming back to the Premier League for any other club but Tottenham. But if you look at it now, why would he?”
“He’s scoring goals at Bayern Munich, and with the trophies he’ll likely win there, Harry will be achieving the success he sought when he moved.”
“At the moment, a return to Tottenham wouldn’t be a very attractive option, would it? Sure, other Premier League clubs will be interested, but £54m for a player who’ll be 32 by then is a lot.”
