Mateta had a stellar finish to last season, scoring consistently, but struggled early on this campaign, mirroring the team’s poor form.
However, the French striker has been in red-hot form recently, netting six goals in his last six matches and taking his league tally to 10.
Everton will need to find a solid plan to contain him.
