Losing Theo was the hardest thing my family and I have ever been through, but the amazing response and support from the fans – as well as the wonderful people of the city of Bristol – was incredibly heartfelt, and I could not be more grateful.”
“Football has a beautiful way of uniting people, and together we created some special memories. From the FA Cup clashes with West Ham to reaching the play-offs this season – the backing we received showed just how much this club means to its supporters.”
“The players were an outstanding group, both on and off the pitch. I’m proud of the progress we made together. They gave everything and made it a joy to lead them.”
“There’s also an exceptional team behind the scenes fostering a positive culture that enables success. To the board, Brian Tinnion, and all the staff – thank you. Your efforts never went unnoticed.”
“As is often the case in football, things evolve. Leaving was a tough call, but the chance to grow in a new environment was one I couldn’t ignore.”
“To the supporters – I’ve met some incredible people and made lasting memories. Your love and backing meant everything to me. I’ll always be grateful and wish nothing but the very best for everyone connected to Bristol City.”
