He noted, “There were chances for both sides. They likely had the upper hand in the first half, but we made crucial tackles and blocks. Trai Hume had a fantastic one in the first half, and I felt we dominated in the second half.”
Sunderland needs Dan Neil to return to his best form. At just 22, Neil has significant potential and is a key leader for the team. His recent slump and costly errors are concerning, and if Sunderland aims to remain competitive in the promotion race, they must support him in regaining his form.
