At 28, Sane remains in his prime and is versatile enough to play on either wing or in a central role. While he has shown flashes of brilliance, he isn’t a prolific scorer. Thus, he could serve as a capable backup to Saka or as a potential starter over Martinelli, much like Sterling, though Sane offers a bit more.
Arsenal should focus on securing elite goal-scorers or those with the potential to become elite. While signing Sane on a free transfer wouldn’t be the worst decision, it shouldn’t hinder their pursuit of more impactful strikers like Benjamin Sesko or Gyokeres.
