“If the traffic is inside, he should pass outside. That’s an area he needs to improve—knowing when to go short and when to go long.
Top central defenders are good at making those decisions.
“He’s strong, confident, and even when he’s walking, you can see his confidence. That’s the kind of personality we need.”
