While Coufal’s departure makes sense given his reduced role under manager Graham Potter, the same cannot be said for Soucek.
Despite links to Everton and a possible reunion with former boss David Moyes, letting Soucek go would be a mistake.
The Czech midfielder has been a key presence for West Ham, both for his physical presence and leadership. He brings goals, grit, and a winning mentality—qualities the Hammers must retain as they look to rebuild after a disappointing season.
