Crystal Palace are targeting several promising young talents this summer, and Jude Bellingham has praised one in particular.
With the summer transfer window open for almost a month, Crystal Palace have already secured two signings.
However, Michael Olise has departed, prompting a search for a new winger to replace him.
Despite this, there are still several players and positions on Crystal Palace’s agenda at Selhurst Park this summer.
One of Dougie Freedman’s top targets has recently received praise from Jude Bellingham.
Jude Bellingham tips Jobe Bellingham for success
In the latest episode of Lions Den Unlocked, Jude Bellingham spoke about his brother Jobe Bellingham. When asked who his proudest supporter was, England’s No.10 responded:
“I think my brother,” Jude said. “I think I am his and he is mine. It’s that simple. Before every game, I always get a message from him. Every game he plays, I make sure to message him. We couldn’t be closer.
“He’s got a great mentality, thinks like me, and is a really good young player, so I learn a lot from him too.”
Though he is his brother and might be biased, Jude Bellingham’s praise carries weight given his own talent.
Latest on Jobe Bellingham to Crystal Palace
Since the season ended, Jobe Bellingham has been among the most exciting talents linked with a move to Crystal Palace.
While Palace have been eager to finalize a move, Jobe seems inclined to stay at Sunderland for at least another season, which would be beneficial for his development.
Previously, Sunderland reportedly rejected a bid from Palace for Jobe, as it did not meet the £20m asking price.
Although a deal seems unlikely this summer, Palace remains interested in Jobe, with Oliver Glasner advocating for him. Interest in Jobe is likely to persist beyond this summer.
