BREAKING: Richarlison has given the green light for a move to Saudi Arabia, according to reports

Richarlison’s future at Tottenham Hotspur has been the subject of intense speculation this transfer window, with many questioning his place at the club.

On May 28th, Richarlison addressed the rumors on his Instagram story, insisting that he will be playing in England next season and dismissing any talks of his departure as “fake news.” Despite his confidence, the 27-year-old has faced challenges, enduring another injury-plagued season. He scored 12 goals in 31 appearances across all competitions, often sharing the central striker role with captain Heung-min Son.

Earlier this week, GiveMeSport reported that Tottenham were preparing for potential offers for Richarlison, with Saudi Arabian clubs showing keen interest. Both Al-Ittihad and Al-Qadsiah are reportedly willing to pay close to £60 million for the former Everton player.

Richarlison did not feature in Tottenham’s 5-1 victory over Hearts on Wednesday evening, as he is still recovering from a calf injury sustained late last season.

HITC has now revealed that Richarlison has agreed to a move to Saudi Arabia, prompting dealmakers to intensify their efforts as the transfer window’s closure approaches. Tottenham will return to action on Saturday afternoon with a short trip to QPR for their second pre-season match.

If Richarlison were to leave, it would place additional pressure on Tottenham to secure at least one new striker in the current window, especially since they have yet to replace Harry Kane. This potential move would mark a significant turnaround for Richarlison, who just months ago was adamant about staying in England.

Richarlison’s time at Tottenham has been inconsistent, largely due to injuries, which has made it hard for him to live up to his hefty price tag. A move to Saudi Arabia might provide him with a fresh start and the consistent performance he’s been missing at Tottenham.
